20four7VA is seeking a senior-level or advanced Paid Ads & SEO Virtual Assistant to manage, optimize, and scale advertising and search visibility efforts. The role requires someone who can take ownership of ad performance and SEO strategy with minimal hand-holding.

Requirements

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Manage paid ads across social media platforms (Facebook / Instagram)
• Review existing ad accounts and re-launch paused campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing and performance testing
• Optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives for ROI
• Provide performance insights and recommendations
• Support SEO strategy for a website rebuild
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and on-page SEO
• Conduct keyword research and implementation
• Collaborate with website updates to improve search visibility
