Manager, IT Applications – Epic Welcome

Job Description

• Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and operation of applications within application scope
• Ensures that applications are designed and interfaced in a manner that satisfies users
• Leads multiple projects in all aspects of information systems lifecycle
• Performs human resources responsibilities for staff including interviewing and selection of new employees
• Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years of experience in information systems, solution design, systems development, implementation, and installation
• 1 year of management experience in project management
• Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management
• Advanced project management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
