1099 SDR (Outbound) – Appointment Setter (US) – Paid Per ShowAbout the role

We’re hiring a US-based 1099 SDR to make outbound calls and book qualified appointments for our website design + SEO subscription services.

You are not closing deals. Your job is to set high-quality meetings that show up.

What you’ll do

  • Cold call business owners using our lead lists (and optional self-sourcing if you prefer)
  • Qualify prospects quickly using our criteria (budget, decision maker, need, urgency)
  • Book qualified appointments directly onto our calendar
  • Follow up by phone/SMS/email to reduce no-shows
  • Log activity and outcomes in our CRM

What “good” looks like

  • Confident, natural phone presence (no reading monotone scripts)
  • High activity consistently (dials + follow-up touches daily)
  • You can handle rejection without getting emotional
  • You keep notes clean and follow a process

Requirements (non-negotiable)

  • US-based
  • 1+ year outbound cold calling (B2B preferred)
  • Strong English communication
  • Reliable internet + quiet workspace + headset
  • Comfortable being paid performance-based (1099)

Compensation (1099)

  • Paid per showed, qualified appointment
  • Performance tiers available (higher payout for consistent quality)
  • Optional bonus for appointments that convert into closed deals
  • Clear qualification rules + chargebacks for no-shows/unqualified meetings

Schedule

  • Flexible, but you must be available during US business hours
  • Minimum: consistent daily activity (this is not “a few calls when you feel like it”)
