[Remote] Social Media Director with Surveys Experience

They are seeking a Social Media Director with experience in surveys to develop and implement their social media and survey strategies to enhance online presence and support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Strategize alongside interns and advisors to launch our social media marketing presence and conduct surveys as we accelerate revenue growth
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and surveys
• Manage and oversee social media content and surveys
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Great leadership skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• This position is for a minimum of 10 hours per week and preferably more
• Able to work remotely, building a strong team of diverse group of individuals through web-based collaboration and meeting tools, and phone
