Now Hiring: Virtual Surgical Sales Representative (Remote)

We are a fast-growing, plastic-surgery–led aesthetic organization seeking an experienced Virtual Surgical Sales Representative to join our team.

This role is not entry-level.

We are only considering candidates with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on surgical sales experience.

You will be speaking with qualified surgical leads, conducting virtual consultations, and guiding patients through high-ticket surgical decisions with confidence and professionalism.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Conducting virtual surgical consultations
• Converting warm leads into booked surgeries
• Educating patients on procedures, pricing, and timelines
• Handling objections and financing conversations
• Maintaining a high-touch, white-glove patient experience
• Collaborating directly with surgeons and leadership

Requirements (please read carefully)

• At least 1 year of surgical sales experience (required)
• Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetics, or medical aesthetics strongly preferred
• Proven ability to close high-ticket procedures ($7K–$20K+)
• Confident, composed communicator on phone and video
• Organized, reliable, and KPI-driven
• Able to work remotely with structure and discipline
