Role Description

We are seeking a National Accounts Sales, Principal for our Western region who will be responsible for bringing in business and managing deals with our largest and most strategic client prospects - 15,000 employees or more.

  • Represent One Medical and interact with major clients nationally
  • Actively prospect, build relationships and secure deals with large accounts with more than 15,000 eligible employees
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing proposals
  • Build a territory and define metrics and milestones that align with broader organizational goals
  • Forecast deal flow and architect and negotiate creative deals and partnerships
  • Provide market-level feedback to help inform product roadmap; act as the voice of the customer
  • Work closely with internal teams, including account management, marketing, finance, legal and others, to ensure client success and performance
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to meet or exceed quota and annual growth
  • Leverage relationships with consultants, brokers, and other professional networks to strengthen awareness of One Medical products and services
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and broader Amazon Health Services organization to support in-person activities in specific MSA's

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in benefits sales, working directly with employers, consultants and benefit brokers and 3+ years selling to companies with over 15,000 employees
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience relationship building and influencing at the C-level of Fortune 500 customers
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience prospecting and qualifying companies
  • Experience in strategy development
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
