Back2Life Counseling & Coaching Associates is a growing, mission-driven behavioral health group, private practice providing virtual mental health counseling, coaching, and supervision services. We are committed to delivering exceptional client care while creating a supportive and efficient experience for clients and providers.

We are currently seeking a motivated pre-licensed clinician (APC, LMSW, AMFT) who is entrepreneurial, clinically grounded, and able to bring and maintain their own client caseload. Candidates must have prior experience in a mental health, counseling, or behavioral health setting.

This position is ideal for clinicians who already have clients or are actively building a client base and are seeking a professional group practice to affiliate with. Clinicians in this role are expected to bring their own clients and maintain a minimum of 10+ active clients per week. This is not a fully referral-based role. This is a part-time, contract position with flexibility and opportunities for growth within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual therapy (and/or couples, families, or groups)
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 10+ active clients weekly
• Independently bring and sustain clients within the practice
• Complete documentation in a timely, ethical, and professional manner
• Maintain licensure, ethical standards, and professional liability insurance
• Participate in supervision/consultation if required
• Represent Back2Life Counseling & Coaching Associates with professionalism and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active Georgia associate license (APC, LMSW, AMFT, MFT, etc.)
• Active liability insurance
• Ability to consistently maintain 10+ weekly clients
• Telehealth-ready (private workspace, reliable internet, HIPAA-compliant environment)
• Is queer affirmative and welcoming
• Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience utilizing the EHR Simple Practice
• Is clinically competent, emotionally intelligent, and ethical
• Values autonomy with professional support

• Desires to grow long-term within a group practice environment

Compensation

• Competitive percentage-based model
