Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms for luxury real estate properties
  • Create compelling social media content including graphics and videos for high-end property listings
  • Navigate platform-specific advertising restrictions and compliance requirements for real estate marketing
  • Support marketing initiatives for 25+ real estate agents within the organization
  • Handle day-to-day management of social media platforms and digital campaign optimization
  • Coordinate with the Italian marketing team on editorial planning and campaign scheduling
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize property visibility and engagement
  • Adapt content and campaigns for seasonal peaks and special marketing moments throughout the year

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing with strong paid advertising expertise
  • Proven track record managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or advanced graphic design software)
  • Portfolio demonstrating previous social media and advertising work
  • Strong communication skills for seamless remote collaboration
  • Bonus if you have real estate marketing experience, especially luxury properties
  • It helps if you understand social media advertising restrictions and compliance for real estate
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with Italian business culture or European markets
