They are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns and create engaging content to support their marketing initiatives, directly influencing property sales and agent success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms for luxury real estate properties
- Create compelling social media content including graphics and videos for high-end property listings
- Navigate platform-specific advertising restrictions and compliance requirements for real estate marketing
- Support marketing initiatives for 25+ real estate agents within the organization
- Handle day-to-day management of social media platforms and digital campaign optimization
- Coordinate with the Italian marketing team on editorial planning and campaign scheduling
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize property visibility and engagement
- Adapt content and campaigns for seasonal peaks and special marketing moments throughout the year
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing with strong paid advertising expertise
- Proven track record managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or advanced graphic design software)
- Portfolio demonstrating previous social media and advertising work
- Strong communication skills for seamless remote collaboration
- Bonus if you have real estate marketing experience, especially luxury properties
- It helps if you understand social media advertising restrictions and compliance for real estate
- Bonus if you’re familiar with Italian business culture or European markets
