Duties

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage potential supporters and inform them about our programs and initiatives.
Build rapport with community members to foster positive relationships and encourage participation.
Effectively communicate key messages and respond to inquiries from the public.
Collect data and feedback from interactions to help refine outreach strategies.
Collaborate with team members to strategize on effective canvassing techniques and areas of focus.
Participate in training sessions to enhance canvassing skills and product knowledge.
Assist in fundraising efforts through direct engagement with potential donors.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams or projects is preferred.
Background in marketing or customer service is advantageous.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of successful door-to-door canvassing or telemarketing experience.
