Contract Social Media and Online Sales Coordinator (Remote)

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media and Online Sales Coordinator to support our virtual brand presence and marketing initiatives. This is a contract-based position requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the potential to expand up to 20 hours depending on workload and campaign cycles. You’ll work closely with our team to develop content and assist in selling our services across multiple platforms for EZ Medicine, LLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, email newsletters, landing pages, and website assets
• Conduct marketing performance analysis (social media metrics, email campaign performance, web traffic, sales etc.)
• Coordinate online sales with potential clients
• Collaborate on brand strategy and messaging to align with our goals
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Experience with platforms like Wix or similar tools

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible hours (between 10 to 20 hours/week based on project demand)
• Biweekly pay
• Contract role (no benefits)
• Fully remote
