Role Overview

Frame3Productions is seeking a Social Media Clipper to manage the rapid turnaround of highlight clips for The Flannery League. This role is responsible for consistently identifying, clipping, and posting the best plays, moments, and highlights from weekly games to keep the league active and visible across social platforms throughout the week.

This position is ideal for someone who understands basketball culture, social media pacing, and what makes highlights go viral.

Responsibilities

• Clip top plays, highlights, and standout moments from game footage
• Post content consistently throughout the week across social platforms
• Format clips for vertical and horizontal social media use
• Write engaging captions and hashtags aligned with league branding
• Identify trends and adjust posting style for maximum engagement
• Organize and manage clip libraries for easy access
• Collaborate with editors and producers to avoid content overlap

Requirements

• Experience clipping or editing sports highlight content
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video
• Ability to recognize high-impact plays quickly
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and audience engagement
• Reliable internet and consistent availability during the week

Preferred Qualifications

• Basketball knowledge or experience in sports media
• Experience running or managing social media pages
• Familiarity with viral highlight trends and formats
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

Schedule & Commitment

• Ongoing posting based on Sunday game footage
• Active throughout the week (Monday–Saturday)
• Seasonal commitment for 2 months
• Remote-friendly with clear communication expectations

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $125.00 per week

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
