Glow Co is an Orange County–based lifestyle brand bringing personality and confidence to Pilates grip socks. We blend clean-girl aesthetics with cheeky energy — because your socks should slay too.

We’re looking for a freelance content creator who’s creative, organized, and self-driven — someone who can plan, create, and post content without needing daily oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a weekly content calendar for TikTok & Instagram
• Film and edit short-form videos (product, lifestyle, or trend-based)
• Capture and edit product photos and flat lays
• Write captions and schedule posts using tools like Later or Meta Business Suite
• Design simple Canva graphics (stories, quotes, product launches)
• Review engagement metrics and adapt content strategy accordingly
• Pitch new creative concepts for upcoming drops and campaigns

Ideal Candidate

• Understands TikTok and Instagram trends and algorithms
• Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Reliable, proactive, and able to meet weekly deliverables
• Strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand tone
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle content

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Canva or social scheduling platforms
• Comfortable filming UGC-style content
• Familiar with Shopify
