Hybrid Counseling is a Twin Cities-based mental and chemical health practice that has been providing care through telehealth since 2014, well before virtual services became the norm. Our experienced team of counselors, therapists, and psychiatric prescribers works with a wide range of mental health disorders, substance use concerns, and diverse populations.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist and/or MICD assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups facing various challenges. We are also looking for someone who may be willing to do diagnostic assessments as needed. This role requires a solid understanding of both mental health and substance use disorders, as many of the clients we serve have dual diagnoses. The Therapist will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

Given the nature of the dual-diagnosis clients we serve, this role requires a dual license (a mental health license and an LADC). We currently have clients on a waitlist, so you would have immediate access to a caseload upon starting.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed LADC in the state of Minnesota (required)
• Licensed LPCC, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of Minnesota (required)
• Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week
• Experience private practice settings preferred
• Experience with dual-diagnosis clients
• Strong commitment to ethical, person-centered care
