With a background in emergency and internal medicine, he is known for his attention to detail, calming presence, and direct patient communication. Patients consistently praise his commitment to affordable, effective vein care, setting his clinic apart in the healthcare space.

About the Role

The client is seeking a high impact Senior Social Media and Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the brand’s digital presence and drive measurable business results. This is not a basic content creation role. We are looking for a strategic powerhouse who understands the intersection of creative storytelling, paid media buying, and deep data analysis.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who does not wait for instructions. You are confident, outspoken, and have the receipts to prove you have scaled brands successfully. You will own the entire lifecycle of social and email channels, from high level strategy and creative direction to ad spend optimization and ROI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X Twitter with a clear focus on growth and conversion.

Paid Media and Performance

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Business Manager, with strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and scalable growth.

Creative Direction and Editing

Lead creative production by producing and editing high performing video and visual assets, including UGC style and polished content designed to stop the scroll.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Go beyond vanity metrics by analyzing full funnel performance. Deliver weekly impact reports that clearly demonstrate revenue growth and brand equity.

Advanced Email Marketing

Design and deploy advanced email funnels and automated sequences in Constant Contact to maximize Customer Lifetime Value LTV.

Brand Stewardship

Maintain a world class brand voice while leveraging AI tools including Custom GPTs to scale content production without sacrificing quality.

Community Growth

Actively engage with the audience to turn followers into loyal brand advocates and customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Communication

Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken

Able to clearly present complex data and insights to stakeholders

Proven Impact

Portfolio or case studies receipts demonstrating significant growth, revenue impact, or successful ad spend management

Experience

5 plus years of experience in Social Media Management and Paid Media

Experience in the U.S. B2C market is strongly preferred

Technical Mastery

Expert level knowledge of Meta Business Suite

Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud

Strong command of advanced analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Triple Whale, or similar platforms

Direct Response Expertise

Deep understanding of ClickFunnels and Constant Contact to build high converting landing page and email paths
