RN, Telemonitoring

RN will monitor patients while at home. The RN will monitor blood pressure, pulse, temp, and weight. Will be tasked with working with the ordering MD for any issues or concerns related to the patient. What you will do: Ability to track patient's vitals daily Organized and able to keep track of how many patients need monitoring daily Ability to monitor patients from a remote setting Ability to set up remote monitoring kits for patients May have to clean kits upon return Ability to work with medical assistant to retrieve vitals Education qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing required Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred Experience qualifications: 4-6 years at least 2-5 years nursing experience required Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Able to troubleshoot computer issues Licenses and certifications: RN - Registered Nurse - state licensure and/or compact state licensure upon hire required At Holy Name, we believe in rewarding every team member with more than a paycheckwe invest in your future and well-being.
