Job Summary

Ivy Lodge Assisted Living is seeking a Remote Engagement & Support Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for families, prospective residents, and community partners. This role focuses on clear communication, timely responses, and professional support through phone, email, and live chat channels.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working remotely while maintaining a compassionate and professional tone that reflects the values of senior living care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries
  • Provide accurate general information about services, care levels, and scheduling
  • Route inquiries to appropriate staff members or departments
  • Schedule call-backs and tour requests accurately
  • Maintain clear and organized communication records
  • Follow communication and privacy guidelines at all times
  • Support administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, client support, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and online tools
  • Professional, calm, and empathetic communication style

Preferred Experience

  • Live chat or virtual support experience
  • Healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or service-based industry background
