Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to join the Data, Power & Control Team. The Senior Program Manager will drive the successful execution of high-impact projects spanning multiple business units and functional areas. This role plays a key part in advancing divisional priorities such as new product introduction, operational excellence, digital transformation, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who thrives in a matrix environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and brings strong organizational discipline, communication, and influence to complex, multi-site programs. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Operational Excellence & Modernization for DPC.
LOCATION: This is a remote position that will require frequent travel.
What Will You Do?
- Lead, plan, and execute high-impact projects and strategic programs across the DPC division that directly influence organizational priorities and growth objectives.
- Partner with and mentor cross-functional teams across BUs, providing strategic guidance to drive alignment and achieve business goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build out project schedules utilizing the waterfall methodology.
- Maintain and optimize DPC’s stage gate and project management processes.
- Maintain project documentation and lead project Gate meetings.
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional collaboration, serving as the primary interface between departments.
- Lead and document key project activities using Smartsheet.
- Track and report project KPIs through dashboards, Power BI, or other digital platforms, ensuring proactive communication of risks, milestones, and achievements.
- Take thorough meeting minutes, assign owners, and follow up on open actions.
- Mentor junior-level project managers and interns, promoting professional development and continuous improvement across the DPC community
- Participate in team-based initiatives within the division.
- Performs other duties as required.
Annual Salary Range - $157,000 - $170,000

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a relevant degree required
- Master’s degree in business administration or a similar field is strongly preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or working towards a PMP is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive program/project management experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Demonstrated track record of managing large, cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office, including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Expert-level proficiency with project management software (i.e. Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to partner with other professionals; Strong time management skills
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate at varying levels of the organization.
- Advanced complex problem-solving skills; able to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Able to determine how a system should work, and how changes in conditions, operations and the environment will affect outcomes
- Willing to travel at least 50%
