Remote Retailer feedback and store visit review

About the Role

We are a Customer retailer consultant and we are seeking a Retail Feedback & Quality Assurance assistance to help us evaluate customer experiences and ensure service quality across retail interactions. This role focuses on reviewing feedback, identifying trends, and ensuring standards are met—without direct sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer relation as related to retail experiences in stores
• Evaluate service quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
• Identify recurring issues, gaps, or improvement opportunities
• Document findings clearly and consistently
• Submit structured reports and summaries on assigned tasks
• Follow predefined quality checklists and guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service improvements
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills (email, online forms, spreadsheets)
• Reliable internet connection
• Prior experience in quality assurance, feedback review, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not required
