This role supports our flagship founder-led brand project, MiRock Tea.

MiRock Tea is led by Lymia, a creator with a strong personal IP and an established YouTube presence (YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@lymia7).

The brand combines premium Wuyi rock tea with culture-driven storytelling, aiming to build long-term brand value and sustainable growth in the U.S. market.

About the Role

We are recruiting TikTok Creator Outreach & Partnerships Coordinators to support ongoing creator collaboration projects.

This role focuses on communicating with TikTok creators, initiating collaboration conversations, and supporting partnership workflows.

It is a long-term, project-based collaboration opportunity, not a one-time task.

This is a performance-based, project collaboration role.

• Monthly income potential starts from USD $3,000+, based on execution quality and contribution
• Compensation increases with performance, project involvement, and collaboration depth
