What You’ll Do

• Content Creation & Strategy – Develop and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms to grow brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Social Media Campaigns – Plan, launch, and manage organic and paid campaigns to increase followers, reach, and conversions.
• Community Engagement – Build and nurture relationships with clients to drive sales and more followers.
• Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with your leaders to achieve overall business goals.
• Brand Representation – Actively participate in webinars, live streams, and occasional virtual events to enhance your knowledge of the brand, receive training, and develop strategies to achieve success.

What Sets You Up for Success

• 5–7 years of social media management, digital marketing, or content creation experience
• Proven track record of growing engagement, reach, and followers on major platforms
• Experience managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok campaigns is a big plus
• A growth mindset—you enjoy experimenting, testing, and learning from data
• Passion for personal development, coaching, or education is highly valued

• Social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or brand strategy
