[Remote] Full Time Clinical Manager / RN (Home Health)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality home health services
• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and exceptional patient care
• Manage clinical operations
• Manage personnel performance
• Manage office administration to support the overall success of the branch

Skills

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
• Three (3) years of RN experience, including at least one (1) year in home health or a related healthcare setting
• Two (2) years of management experience within the last five years in home health or a related healthcare organization
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order (per state and company requirements)
• OASIS experience required
