A growing technology services provider is currently seeking a part time Network Support Engineer (20 hours per week) to support ongoing Aruba infrastructure operations for enterprise client environments. This role will focus on maintaining, monitoring, and supporting Aruba switching and wireless infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability across large-scale deployments.

This position will provide consistent weekly support, proactively troubleshoot network issues, assist with hardware deployments and replacements, and ensure overall infrastructure health. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote setting and has strong hands-on experience with Aruba networking technologies.

This role will be 100% remote but ideally the candidate would sit somewhere near Ogden, Utah.

Contract Duration: 6-12 months

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with Aruba switching platforms (or similar)
  • Experience deploying and managing Aruba wireless access points (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, switching, wireless protocols)
  • Experience troubleshooting connectivity, latency, and device performance issues
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools
  • Ability to work independently and provide structured documentation

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Aruba certification (ACMA, ACSA, or equivalent)
  • Experience managing large-scale Aruba deployments
  • Familiarity with Aruba Central or AirWave management platforms
  • Background working within MSP or enterprise IT environments
  • Experience performing firmware upgrades and configuration backups
