Role Description

Orvaniq LLC is seeking a full-time Cable Technician to join our team in Ashburn, VA. This on-site role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cabling systems to support various communication and security infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks include structured cabling installations, working with hand tools to ensure accurate connections, and inspecting systems to verify proper functionality. The Cable Technician will adhere to safety protocols and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Cables and Cabling systems
• Strong knowledge of Structured Cabling and related practices
• Understanding of basic Electricity principles
• Experience in using Hand Tools for cable installation and maintenance
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Experience in commercial, government, or critical-facility projects is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications are highly desirable
