Position: Full Stack Team Lead (Delivery)– Java & Angular

Technical Skills (Must Have)

• 17+ years of hands-on experience in Java (preferably Java 17), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• * 8+ years of strong front-end development experience using Angular (preferably Angular 17), TypeScript, and Ionic.
• * 6+ years of solid hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms — AWS and Azure.
• * 8+ years of strong experience working with RDBMS technologies such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• * 6+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.
• * 8+ years of practical experience with Agile methodologies, including user story creation, sprint planning, and estimations.
• Leadership & Communication (Must Have)
• Proven experience leading multi-location teams in an onshore–offshore delivery model.
• * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with US-based clients.
• * Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and status reporting capabilities.
• * Ability to lead discussions, clarify requirements, and provide thought leadership to teams and clients.

Domain Expertise (Must Have)

• Strong experience working in BFSI/FinTech domains.
• Nice to Have Skills
• Knowledge of performance tuning, security best practices, and vulnerability management.
• * Exposure to automated testing frameworks for both UI and backend systems.
• * Experience with API Gateway, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), or event-driven architectures.
