[Remote] Social Media & NIL Outreach

Pepper AI is an AI-powered calorie tracker software designed for athletes, and they are seeking a Social Media & Athlete Relations Intern to manage athlete communications and CRM. This role ensures a seamless experience for athlete ambassadors and involves responding to DMs, maintaining relationships, and representing the brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Respond to athlete DMs daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
• Maintain strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Answer FAQs and resolve athlete questions using provided playbooks
• Escalate unique requests/issues to the founding team quickly
• Log and track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion + Social Snowball)
• Represent Pepper's brand voice with energy, positivity, and care

Skills

• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability — no mistakes in athlete onboarding
• Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools
• Ability to manage a high volume of athlete communication
• Passion for sports, NIL, and athlete culture (preferred but not required)
