[Remote] Epic Professional Billing Domain Owner

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Professional Billing Domain Owner to lead the optimization of Revenue Cycle platforms. This role involves driving the transition from legacy applications to integrated Epic capabilities and enhancing workflows to support streamlined operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of Epic PB features to replace or enhance existing application functionalities, ensuring alignment with current and future processes
• Define and maintain Epic PB product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy. Identify opportunities for product conversion and innovation within the domain requirements
• Develop and manage the application roadmap, considering lifecycle, strategic alignment, growth and value for the technology application stack for a specific functional domain
• Collaborates with vendor, market, business, informatics and our client
• Represent the PB domain in governance forums. Communicate product and technology roadmaps into the governance processes

Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Experience with implementing and supporting Epic PB platforms/applications
• Experience with providing technical leadership in Epic PB solutions, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and customers
• Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for Epic Professional Billing, including design, and justifying technical recommendations
• Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years relevant experience preferred
