Social Outfit Marketing is a strategy-first social media agency based in the Phoenix metro area. We help local businesses build strong online communities through purposeful content, monthly strategies, and creative campaigns that drive real engagement.

About the Role

You’ll create original, fun, and engaging content strategies and manage content scheduling for a variety of client brands. Your work will capture each client’s unique vibe, tone, and goals while keeping ideas trend-focused and viral-worthy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly content strategies for multiple social media accounts.
  • Generate fresh, trend-driven content ideas that spark engagement.
  • Write creative captions and calls to action using SEO and keyword strategies.
  • Adapt content to each brand’s personality, audience, and cultural nuances.
  • Manage content scheduling through our scheduling system to ensure consistent posting.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience creating social media content strategies for various accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, SEO, keywords, and engagement tactics.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Vista Social, Meta Business Suite) preferred.
  • Excellent caption copywriting skills.
  • Ability to produce content ideas that are both strategic and fun.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs.

Pay & Schedule

  • $20 per hour
  • Approximately 10 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule—remote work
  • 1099 contract position
