Remote Sales Representative (Commission-Based, 9–5) – SocialMind

Position Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Up to 20% ongoing commission)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative based in NYC (Brooklyn/Manhattan) or South Florida to help grow our client base.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, comfortable with outreach, and hungry to earn through commission. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching SocialMind’s services, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business (local outreach + online)
• Reach out to business owners via calls, email, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Clearly present SocialMind’s organic social media growth services
• Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs
• Close new clients and hand off for onboarding
• Maintain consistent outreach and follow-ups during working hours (9–5)
• Build and manage your sales pipeline

Requirements

• Based in Brooklyn, Manhattan, or South Florida
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, DMs, emails)
• Self-motivated and disciplined (commission-based role)
• Prior sales experience is a plus (especially in marketing or services)

Compensation

• Up to 20% ongoing commission
• No cap on earnings
