SR Investment Partners is a global hedge fund seeking a high-calibre, senior Hedge Fund Manager to build and lead strategy directly with the CEO. The role involves investment leadership, strategy ownership, and people leadership, focusing on driving performance and culture within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a strategic right-hand to the CEO, with a mandate that combines investment leadership, strategy ownership, and people leadership
• Manage, mentor, and elevate traders and sub-teams
• Ensure risk and performance discipline through process, sizing, drawdown control, and decision clarity
