Blackroom, an AI-driven M&A platform, is seeking a Full-Cycle Account Executive to join our team. You will work closely with senior leadership to generate qualified meetings through multi-channel outreach to investment banks, deliver product demos, and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cross-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to book meetings with investment bankers and M&A professionals
  • Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships
  • Track and report on pipeline activity and results

Engagement & Onboarding Process

We have a structured evaluation and onboarding process to ensure mutual fit and performance:

1. Skill Validation: Two half-day sessions to assess cold-calling skills and ability to book meetings

2. Training Week: If successful, one full week of outreach focused on developing proficiency in our messaging and demo delivery

3. Full Onboarding: After the first week, you are fully onboarded and ready to manage the full sales cycle
