Hiring Professional Drivers for my Trucking Company using social media

The goals is to hire more professional drivers to work for my trucking company located in the US. For now my team is in need of 3 people hired. You can use social media, google ads and anything you could image to help us reach the goal. I really want to find an experienced, punctual and responsible person me and me team can rely on.

The task is divided into 2 parts. The first one is looking for people. Be creative, think like a person who's looking for it. Where would they search? The second is the most important part, - talking to the future drivers. Ask the right questions, try to make them more interested. I already have the full guide made for you to work with.
