Nonprofit Compliance Cleanup & Board Restructure (501(c)(3))

We are an existing Oregon-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth basketball organization seeking an experienced nonprofit consultant or attorney to assist with compliance cleanup.

Scope includes reviewing nonprofit status, assisting with 1–2 years of late IRS filings (Form 990 / 990-EZ / 990-N), confirming Oregon charitable registration status, and providing guidance on board structure and governance best practices.

Must have proven experience with U.S. nonprofit compliance and IRS reporting. Oregon nonprofit experience is a plus.

This is a short-term advisory and execution project with potential for follow-up support.
