Vallure Agency is seeking a Phoenix–based Content Producer to support our creative and performance marketing efforts through elevated, social-first content capture. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who understands the nuances of lifestyle, luxury, and design-forward brands and can translate creative direction to life through on-brand, visually refined video and photography — optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels. This is a flexible, freelance role ideal for a self-directed, detail-oriented creative with a strong understanding of what drives engagement on social.

Estimated 15-20 hours per month

Responsibilities

Capture photo and video content for social media across various client accounts

Collaborate with our internal team to understand briefs, campaign goals, and visual direction

Follow client brand guidelines to ensure content consistency and alignment

Stay current with social media trends and adapt content style accordingly

Organize the captured content for a seamless delivery to our internal team

Communicate clearly and proactively about shoot logistics, needs, and deliverables

Manage timelines and asset delivery to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Based in Phoenix with availability for monthly content capture

Experience shooting content for lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or design-centric brands

Proficiency in capturing both photo and video content optimized for social

Own professional content gear (phone, lighting, stabilizer, audio/mic setup)

Clear, professional communication and comfort working independently with light direction

Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely with our creative team
