Stormwater Pollution Plan (SWP-3) Assistance Needed - Ohio

Professional assistance needed to review/revise my Stormwater Pollution Plan (SWP3) for a construction project in Ohio.
A preliminary SWP3 and Site Plan have already been created by myself, but PE review & revisions needed. I am not a PE, but have backgrounds in geology and land development.
Project entails building a 12,000 sf storage facility, but will disturb 4 acres of land. Property is flat (slope 1% or less) and soil is permeable.
