Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed, student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fully remote team supporting K12 students across Alabama. This virtual position allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy that promotes students communication skills, academic achievement, and social development.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs
• Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy services using secure online platforms
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and compliance recordsQualifications
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
