Briefing Schedule

• Monday: 5 PM MST / 7 PM EST
• Wednesday: 4 PM MST / 6 PM EST
• Thursday: 3 PM MST / 5 PM EST

Duties

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors
• Conduct showings and open houses
• Negotiate contracts and offers
• Market listings using AXEN’s CRM and tools
• Coordinate inspections, lenders, and title partners
• Stay up to date on Florida market trends

Requirements

• Real estate experience (sales or property management)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Fair Housing & Florida procedures
• Active Florida real estate license (or willing to obtain)
• Ideal for experienced, cap-hitting, self-managed agents

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000–$400,000+ per year (commission-based)

Pay: $30,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
