[Remote] Senior HRBP, Commercial

They are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their commercial sales organization, providing strategic coaching and facilitating people strategies that drive business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial sales leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive business performance and support organizational goals
  • Analyze engagement survey data, identify key themes, and facilitate action planning with leaders to improve team engagement and retention
  • Provide strategic coaching and consultation to managers on performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and team dynamics
  • Support new hire integration and success through early performance check-ins, manager enablement, and onboarding optimization
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives and facilitate talent reviews to build strong succession pipelines and identify development opportunities
  • Identify, analyze, and escalate trends impacting employee engagement, retention, and performance; recommend data-driven solutions to address organizational challenges
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, balancing employee advocacy with business needs in complex situations

Skills

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years as an HRBP supporting sales, commercial, or revenue-generating teams
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to solve complex organizational and people challenges
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect people strategies to commercial outcomes; healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience analyzing people data and translating insights into actionable recommendations and programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance management, employee relations, and coaching managers through difficult conversations
  • Excellent consultation and influence skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Passion for supporting mission-driven organizations and patient-centered work
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus
