[Remote] Closer - Real Estate - Work From Anywhere

The role involves closing significant deals and managing leads effectively to achieve monthly profit targets.

Responsibilities

• Complete at least 1 hour of self-directed training each week to sharpen your sales skills and mindset.
• Call new leads immediately —including after hours and weekends up to 8 pm.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to our transactions department after each contract is signed.
• Get 1 approved contract signed in your first 30 days.
• Own your outcomes—no excuses.
• Every seller conversation ends in a decision: we're either moving forward or closing the file.
• Review your numbers from the day before during team huddle.
• Reach out fast to new leads, digging deep with sellers to uncover pain and qualify opportunities.
• Run offer calls, negotiate price, and keep deals moving.
• Transition signed agreements to the transaction coordinator.
