About Every Wellbeing
Every Wellbeing is a modern workplace wellbeing company that provides inclusive, evidence based and complementary approaches to mental health, neurodivergence and workplace culture. We work with organisations that want to improve awareness, strengthen workplace practices and support employees in practical and meaningful ways. Our tone is modern, supportive and direct. We are flexible, but we also expect high standards, consistent output and genuine commitment.
We are growing and now need a skilled freelancer to lead and elevate our online presence across social media, blogs and email marketing.
About the Role
This role is for a dedicated freelancer who can plan and deliver content across multiple platforms with a focus on engagement, conversions and high quality communication. Strong video editing skills are essential because reels and short form video content will be produced regularly. This is a strategic role, not a posting for activity position.
You will work across LinkedIn and Instagram as primary platforms, with future activity on YouTube and TikTok. You will plan the content strategy each month, bring new ideas, manage scheduling and monitor performance. You must be confident creating written and visual content, organising workflows and ensuring high standards in every piece of work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and future platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness
- Create, curate and schedule content that reflects Every Wellbeing’s brand voice including blog posts, email campaigns, captions, graphics, videos and photography
- Use scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to manage posts and monitor performance
- Conduct social listening to understand brand mentions, workplace wellbeing trends and relevant discussions
- Carry out keyword research to inform SEO and improve organic reach for blogs and website content
- Manage email campaigns through Mailchimp or similar platforms to support lead nurturing and communication
- Design on brand graphics when required, working alongside our graphic designer for more advanced design needs
- Analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics or similar tools to identify improvements
- Support paid campaigns when needed including LinkedIn advertising
- Collaborate on branding initiatives, content themes and messaging to ensure consistency
- Proofread all content for clarity, accuracy and alignment with brand tone
- Stay updated on digital and social media trends to improve content effectiveness
What I Am Looking For
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing
- Experience producing short form videos including reels
- Strong video editing skills
- Experience planning and delivering content strategies across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools
- Confident using social media scheduling tools such as Buffer
- Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to construct original sentences, adapt tone and refine content without solely relying on AI
- Confidence writing blogs, newsletters and captions that reflect a consistent brand voice
- Interest in workplace wellbeing and mental health
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver consistent work to deadlines
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Photography or graphic design experience is welcome, particularly for social content
Future Opportunities
There is strong potential for this to become a long term freelance partnership. Hours may increase as the business continues to grow.

Please send either one of the following
- Examples of social media content you have created
