Social Media Recruiter Agent (Part-Time, Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Recruiter Agent to join our women-owned creator agency, LIMOR. In this role, you will help identify and onboard new TikTok Live creators into our network. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and comfortable with social media outreach. This is a part-time, remote position offering stable hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Search for and connect with potential TikTok Live creators using social media.
• Clearly present LIMOR’s mission, benefits, and onboarding process to interested candidates.
• Guide new creators through application steps, including form submissions and Discord setup.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and recruitment activity.
• Collaborate with the LIMOR leadership team to meet recruitment targets.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality when representing LIMOR.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Familiarity with TikTok and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet daily outreach requirements.
• Prior recruiting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to sign an NDA is preferred.

Compensation

• $10 per hour, part-time (approximately 4 hours per day).
• Additional performance bonuses available when recruited creators hit activity milestones.
• Remote and flexible — schedule may be adjusted within agreed hours.
