Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team, focusing on social media management. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally or escalating as needed
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant content topics to inform our strategy
  • Help track social media performance metrics and contribute to basic reporting
  • Support the creation of simple visual content (e.g., images, basic graphics) using provided templates and tools
  • Organize and maintain social media content calendars and asset libraries
  • Provide general administrative support as required to the marketing team

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
