[Remote] External Social Media Agency Partner – Beta Program

They are inviting established social media agencies to partner during the beta stage, collaborating to validate product-market fit and refine digital marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard new SMB customers for social media content marketing.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback through conversations, surveys, and performance data.
• Provide structured feature requests to the YADI engineering team to guide product development.
• Compare performance across digital marketing vendors currently serving your agency clients and share actionable insights with YADI LLC.
• Act as an early partner in validating our content pipelines and customer workflows.

Skills

• Proven experience operating or managing a social media agency.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to independently prospect, engage, and close new SMB customers.
• Experience in campaign analysis, reporting, and performance benchmarking.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends across industries such as e-commerce, coaching, and real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with product teams.
