Do you love building new things with a team motivated to win? Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We help clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency. The internal title is Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising.As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. This role operates primarily virtually via Zoom and Slack.ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead a collection of Social Media accountsServe as direct support to client contactsWeekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align on tasks and improvementsBuild strategies for clients each quarterCreate, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaignsUnderstand client positioning and unique value propositionsConfirm lead routing is accurate within a CRMMaintain personal productivity and utilizationCollaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goalsUnderstand the value of Programmatic campaignsDrive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationshipsExecute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn (ad copywriting, TAM development, targeting) to maximize ROIWhat You Offer (Qualifications)2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.)Strong understanding of paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4/Excel or similar toolsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy with data storytellingProblem solver with a curious, competitive mindsetWillingness to stay on the cutting edge of the industry and pursue growth opportunitiesAbility to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCommitment to quality and maintaining integrity in advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as neededWhat Success Looks Like Encompass Abe's core values in every interaction Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts Meet and exceed department KPIs (client NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores) Build client trust and renewals through strong relationships Cross-sell services aligned with client goals Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives Exercise sound decision-making for accounts’ strategic directionBenefits Base salary range of $70,000-$80,000 with potential for bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary Medical, dental, vision plans; disability and life insurance for you and your family Employer-paid plan for you and partial contribution for dependents Mental health support and wellness benefits (Spring Health, Headspace) Physical health benefits (Omada, fertility support, fitness resources, One Medical) Time Off: Unlimited PTO (2-week minimum), Paid Company Holidays, Your Birthday Off, End of Year Recharge, Paid Parental Leave 401(k) with employer match Annual bonus based on tenureWork Environment RequirementsRemote-first with optional offices; global opportunities where applicable.
