Fashion Content Creator / Social Media Assistant

Job Summary

Aliava is a luxury fashion brand known for its timeless elegance and modern style. We are seeking a creative Fashion Content Creator to elevate our presence on TikTok and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, social media trends, and storytelling. This role involves creating engaging content both at our location and in lifestyle settings, showcasing Alieva’s unique voice and style to connect with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, captions) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Monitor and engage with Alieva’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and fashion industry news.
• Assist with and participate in photo shoots and company events, producing video and photo content for promotional use.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating Reels and social media content (portfolio or account examples required).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform dynamics to optimize content for maximum engagement.
• Passion for fashion with the ability to style, pose, and produce visually captivating content.
• Proficient in editing using TikTok, CapCut, or similar tools; knowledge of Adobe Premiere or Canva is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal teamwork and audience engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
