Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of current social media trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Engage in public relations efforts by building relationships with influencers and managing community interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Assist in video editing and photography tasks as needed to enhance visual content quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is essential.
- Graphic design skills; proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred.
- Experience in content creation, branding, relationship management, and public relations will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools for tracking performance metrics is preferred; experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
