Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

1 year contract

What you'll do:

• Support the end-to-end workflow for editorial sponsorships, including tracking deliverables, QAing campaigns, and sharing post-wrap reports with the Sales team
• Create and maintain decks showcasing past sponsorship campaigns as they go live
• Support content programming and scheduling on high-impact Search Landing Page
• Assist with data inputs and organization
• Support with miscellaneous creative and administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

• 3 years of relevant work experience with platform, brand or content background
• Proven ability to help manage large and small-scale programs and campaigns
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously
• Outstanding communication skills
• Creative background and design skills (not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
