We are seeking a fractional Controller or CFO-level professional who can take full ownership of high-level financial review and strategically delegate execution to team members.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, investment-driven environment and is comfortable guiding others from the top.

Position: Part-Time Controller

Location: U.S.-based (Florida preferred, ideally Miami)

Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

Work Style: Remote with flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial reviews with a strategic lens
• Oversee and ensure accurate QuickBooks reconciliation
• Provide direction on K-1 preparation and investor reporting
• Set priorities and delegate operational tasks to supporting staff
• Act as a trusted advisor in financial decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a senior financial leadership role (Controller, CFO, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
• Deep knowledge of K-1s, private equity, and real estate structures
• Proven ability to review financials at a high level and delegate with clarity
• Strong communication and leadership skills
