2-5 years of experience in social media analytics, strategy, or account/community management.

Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, including trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.

Proficiency in platforms such as Hootsuite, TikTok Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Insights.

Experience collaborating on content creation with creative teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to share insights effectively.
