Social Media Manager

Growing Consumer Products Company in Newport. Rhode Island area has a need for a Social Media Manager. It is a direct hire role with full benefits and a bonus program. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions. You will be responsible for managing various social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that involve creating and curating content, running social media ad campaigns, and engaging with our online community. Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts and communities, monitoring comments and messages
- Run social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports on key insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media management tools and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, keyword research, and online marketing trends
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
