JOB DECRIPTION: W2 Only (No C2C) Job Title: Salesforce Vlocity Architect. Location: Remote As a Salesforce Vlocity Architect / SME, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Vlocity solutions for our organization. This role requires deep knowledge of Vlocity's industry-specific solutions, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work with various business units to create scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions. Below is the details for your reference: Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Vlocity solutions tailored to business requirements and industry standards. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Vlocity, providing deep insights and advice on best practices, solution design, and implementation strategies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and developers, to ensure alignment on project goals and delivery timelines. • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Vlocity solutions, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support. • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders to increase Vlocity knowledge across the organization. • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure best practices in customization, automation, and integrations. • Optimize and refine existing Salesforce Vlocity solutions for better performance, scalability, and user experience. • Stay current with new features, functionality, and updates to Vlocity and Salesforce to recommend improvements and new capabilities. • Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during implementation or in live environments. • Participate in pre-sales activities, including demos, solution reviews, and proposals. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience (5+ years) in Salesforce Vlocity implementations, with a focus on industry solutions (e.g., telecommunications, insurance, health, etc.). • Strong knowledge of Vlocity Industry Cloud applications, including but not limited to Vlocity CPQ, Vlocity Insurance, and Vlocity Health Cloud. • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce Data Model, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies. • Hands-on experience with integration techniques and third-party applications in the Salesforce ecosystem. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and create innovative solutions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Vlocity Certified Professional) are highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Desired Skills: • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework and custom Lightning Components. • Experience with other Salesforce Cloud products such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration platforms. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Would love to connect and discuss further if this aligns with your career goals.
